SET-UP

If someone tries to send you a message larger than 10 MB, or if your mailbox (on the server) contains messages that would put it over the 10 MB limit, the sender will receive a return-message from the mail administrator saying that the mailbox was too full.

There may be times, however, when a message arrives and resides on the server, but a user's e-mail program cannot successfully download the file. When this occurs, you will have to delete the message from the mail server. You can do that through the web interface to the mail server by using the following steps:

  • Open your web-browser and go to Wyoming.com.
  • Click on "Check your E-mail" at the top of the page
  • Enter your user name and password at the Logon screen.
  • Click "Enter"
  • Click on the Mailboxes option from the toolbar.
  • Click on the INBOX to view the list of your messages.
  • Find the message(s) you want to delete and click on the small box in front of each one to select it.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the list of messages and click on Delete box.
  • The message(s) you wanted to delete will disappear.
  • Click on the Log Out option from the toolbar to exit from the server.

You can now return to your regular email program and retrieve the remaining messages.
